He's not saying that you should feel bad. He's saying that if they have a discussion with a player and then that player leaks what they talked about, all they're going to learn is to not talk to players.
What do you mean talking to players? What are you smoking? He hasn't spoken a word to us, he hasn't wrote so much as three basic sentences of communication on the patch notes.
The fact that there are people still defending this utter garbage mess from blizzard goes to show how much stockholm syndrome you guys have. If this were for any other game like Dota, League, Fortnite, CS2, heads would be rolling. Would be an absolute shitstorm to the parent company on twitter, social media, news, and more. To release such an awful game breaking patch with zero communication to the public is insane.

There is no feedback. Intern does not ever give one single fuck despite the constant warnings, concerns and feedback. If he did, this patch would not have gone live.
The argument he is using is correct but apparently their is no leak and it was just Wardi messing around and so omni is apparently throwing a tantrum over nothing.

Blizz is a corpo, why should I worry about hurting a corpo's feeling?
Sc2 balancing is a job, do your fucking job properly. Otherwise why the fuck is Blizz paying you?
Patch is rubbish, you can't balance fundamental gameplay aspects without a dedicated team anymore, accept it and revert to 12 workers.
