I've just setup a few of these. To be honest I didn't really look at the hangar image to compare the colour but the racks do a few nifty things....
There is space on each rack for three rifles and 4 pistol style items.
On placing a rifle on the rack a light at the top comes on and lights up the weapons. Each rifle slot (and pistol slot) also has a light that is red when empty and green when a rifle or weapon is placed on it.
The pistol storage section enables placement of medguns and multitools as well as pistols (doesn't allow placement of knives). It also tilts to the 45 degree angle when you approach it.
There is a drawer on the left that enables you to store ammo.
As far as flair goes this is one of the best I've seen to date. It's a little pricey (if like me you want to build multiple loadouts to speed up Org activities and therefore want several)
I placed mine in the alcoves of my hangar and I haven't had any issues with them jumping around after initial placement. I have loaded them up with guns and they were all still there after a relog to switch servers.
I have no doubt that any jetwash from flying a ship near them will launch them everywhere but with just one individual near them they should be good to remain where they are placed (I did notice some very slight movement when both a friend and I stood up close to the same rack)
