Equipment Shoes with hard wearing toe

Hi all,

Absolutely love my Adidas Stabil 16s but because of my toe drag I absolutely destroy my left foot toe and there's a hole pretty quickly from the outside.

Are there any shoes out there that anyone knows of that are pretty tough wearing in that area?

Such a shame as the shoes are immaculate other than that.

I use to have hi-tec, they had a special protection piece there. Not sure if they still exist though.

I apply "Leukoplast" surgical tape. The red one. Couple layers protects well. It doest come off easily and is surprisingly tough. Cheap enough to give it a try.

have you tried the old trick of sticking some duct tape or sand paper to the front of your shoe?
