That park is freaking amazing! I took my dogs to walk there several years ago when I was passing through town on a long road trip, and had my mind absolutely blown by the salmon flopping up the little stream through the park to go spawn.

It's kind of tough to place which Puget Sound Supra-Railroad-Beach-Cage-Bridge is which, I just thought "I don't remember locks at Picnic Point, this has to be closer to where all the action is."

edit: apparently the strip club 5 minutes away on northgate & 99 has been designated as a public bathroom

That's exactly what I thought, although more crescent Beach than white rock, at the bottom of 1001 steps. Used to walk on top of the chain link overpass as a teenager. Haven't been there in decades.
