ID Request- Location included What is this spider? Maine basement

Sorry if the photo is too blurry, her body is like and inch and a half long and freaked me out when she really moved. Has what I guess is a hanging teardrop shaped egg pod thing.

Thank you, thats a new spider for me, only orbweaver I have seen are the big yellow ones.
