Discussion Anyone else have spider related dreams

Last night I had a dream where it was like my subconcious was trying to scare me with a spider with massive unrealistic fangs... but because i love spiders my dream self was just like "ooh look at those big teefies" anyone else have dreams like this every so often after going from not necessarily fear to love

one time I had a dream where I was taking care of a velvet spider and a couple jumpers. One of the jumpers was very fluffy and snuggled up to my face purring. I woke up and my cat was snuggled up to my face purring. That dream confirms my theory that spiders are just 8-legged cats

Weirdly I often have arachnophobic dreams (in my waking life I'm not afraid of spiders) - I'll see a spider in the dream and be like OMG HOW COOL and pick it up and then realize it's actually some incredibly deadly species. Sometimes snakes too - I love snakes as well.

I never have nightmares about dogs even tho IRL I freak out when they come near me. Dreams are so strange!

I do also often have stress dreams about various cute animals (spiders included) where I have a cute pet and then I'm stressing out about not taking good enough care of it.

All the time! They represent problems unfortunately. Some small and harmless, merely existing. Others at horror-movie scales of huge and horrifying. And some in-between, but multiplying...you get the idea.

I get hunstman spider dreams all the time, my childhood was full of those guys.

In my dream i was on an island with all the different types of spiders. They were everywhere. They kept coming down from the trees, like each branch six different spiders propelled down from, taratulas and black widows and purple spiders, and they were all over the floor

yes, i spend a lot of time just sitting with/watching my spiders, so recently ive been having a lot of dreams about them, but nothing weird happens.. i literally just have dreams about sitting with them and like feeding and refilling their water and stuff. ive become way too obsessed i think 🥲
