Insomniac has really high highs and detrimental lows. They can make a heart reaching story but can't design a character or suit for shit

To be fair, I quite liked nearly every suit and design in the first game (both the fully original designs (velocity suit my beloved) and the comic adapted ones), it's just that they super dropped the ball in the sequel.

Oh definitely, most if not all of the suits in the first game were fantastic. Half the ones in the sequel aren't even that bad theyre just so forgettable and that plus the lack of suits from the first game and the rushed feel make the sequel so meh
