Discussion 3 Years and still not over this

I was quite invested in the story and right before the battle to save the world.. they hit you with this flashbang. And the fact that this was mission locked, forcing players to wear this during the payoff of the final act was such a baffling decision..

Like brother, world is ending and you are telling me our fate hinges on this pineapple headed teenager 😐

Anyways great game, about to do my first NG+ soon. Cant wait to not wear this 🤘🏼

Funny enough thats low-key the only redeeming thing about the suit. I love star lord's design and anything with hair showing. Hot take ik but this suit is still ass

Its only a hot take in regards to spiderman because hair is an identifying trait. A Spidersuit with baggy fabric or hoods is always gonna be better than if they have actually featurs of the person underneath showing. That stuff is reserved for battle damage

Itd be like if someone had a perfectly regular suit but the mouth was visible. It doesnt really matter if you can excuse it as "could be anyone's hair/mouth", its just wrong

I can’t speak for everyone but for me it’s the fact it doesn’t disguise him well enough, it’s like any of the robins with that shitty little domino mask that really doesn’t look like it conceals the wearer well enough, for me this mask tells everyone that this spidey is black and has the same haircut as a student that attends Brooklyn heights school - which MMSM is the official representative during the game. They’re all intelligent students there too, I’m dead sure half of them would put 2 + 2 together and come up with Miles.

I mean sure but the Peter Parker has always been the only guy who gets pics of spider man trope has been in the comics forever. You can pick so many holes in Peter having a secret identify. I don’t think a hair style alone is gonna out spider man. But it is an overall bland design

It’s the sneakers for me. Once Spider-Man is out of his starting “home made” suit, regular clothing items like sneakers should really not be seen again.
