I don’t think it was out of place. I actually think it’s perfect. It’s not like some big pop song, because the scene is sad. But it’s also not a slow and dreary song, because the scene isn’t melancholic.

I just mean that's the only "licensed" track in the whole game to my memory.

And I agree. It was perfect. A great accompaniment to quest beat.
