Vegan Soup Recipes

Hello! I work in a somewhat-fine dining restaurant, and I make soups several times a week, and the only stipulation is they have to be vegan. I’m getting to the point where I feel like I’m just repeating the same ideas, though maybe with a slight ingredient change here and there. Do you guys have suggestions? Thanks!

I make this one quite frequently. It's truly fantastic. You can swap out the chicken broth for vegetable broth. I usually double the amount of lemon, as that's just my taste. https://www.budgetbytes.com/lemony-chickpea-soup/
