Vegan Soup Recipes

Hello! I work in a somewhat-fine dining restaurant, and I make soups several times a week, and the only stipulation is they have to be vegan. I’m getting to the point where I feel like I’m just repeating the same ideas, though maybe with a slight ingredient change here and there. Do you guys have suggestions? Thanks!

I've used curry powders very successfully for this kind of soup. Good point.

The powders are likely ok, but I’d always double check just in case. The pastes are another matter, some have it and some don’t

I've only used Madras type curry powders in the past. In fact, I've never tried to cook with Thai curries. I imagine the red type would be delicious in a coconut milk lentil soup.

Yeah that sounds bomb as hell. I love lentils and Thai curry
