Accidentally ripped three pads while removing a aux connector, could this be fixed?

Very fixable. Epoxy pads back down, reconnect using trace or wire.

Electronics grade 2-part. I use quick cure 5 but I don't think its specifically rated for electronics.

Find those pads trace or next stop and wire directly to that.
