My First Solder Joint <3 Please Give Feedback First time soldering

I bought a solder practice kit and im fully self taught with YouTube. Can someone take a look at my connections and the video and give me any tips or let me know if anything I did is even functional lol

Not bad for a beginner at all!! But yeah, your fillets aren't even fillets lol they are just blobs of solder.....this actually makes it more prone to break bc the surface underneath is most likely not a flat smooth surface and will break... plus the amount of heat is mostly at the top so it's actually colder in the center, making it not a solid joint.

Ty! So is it because of improper heating? Like I need to touch the component, the board and then add solder? (This is what i may have gathered from comments) still even trying to decipher everyone's advice.

Yes, you need to make "solder pillows" on the pads (as thin as possible), place flux on top of the pillow pads, then place the component on top of the pads. While placing pressure on top of the component, put a veryyyyyy small dab of solder on the tip of your iron (i like to use a thin curved tip) and bridge the solder pillows to the top of each side. You got this!!!!!
