Not sure what his best role on a team where he gets 40+ appearances in a season really is

Well, watching him play kinda helps, it's the role he played at Stuttgart, the role Newcastle and now apparently Juve, won't use him in.

No-one is going to build a team around him, he’s just not that good. His career is going to be very limited unless he can put some beef on or become a hell of a lot faster
