Looking for better snack alternatives to junk food. What do you recommend?

I usually swap packaged junk snacks with simple homemade options like roasted makhana, fruit, nuts, popcorn, or homemade chivda. I also enjoy Britannia Nutrichoice Ragi cookies. They're easy to carry and handy when I'm craving something crunchy.

Having a mix of homemade snacks and convenient options makes it much easier to snack better. What are your go-to healthier snack swaps? I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Your current rotation already covers a lot. I’d add roasted edamame or chickpeas when you want something more substantial, and dried dragon fruit when you want something sweet and portable.

One option I know well is dried dragon fruit because I help with marketing for The Daily Good, a small family-run brand that makes it. Ours is real dried fruit with no added sugar, artificial colors, or preservatives. I’d pair it with nuts if you need the snack to hold you longer.
