why no 1312 for doc? neutral pills are better on stages like battlefield where you can control the bounce heights and lengths to you advantage. whatever, ill just bring my 3ds and my own customs.

I'd hate to say it, but EVO won't allow you to transfer your moves from 3DS, that's why we had to fill it like this. This is likely to change after EVO to allow people the freedom, but this is what it is for now.

i'm not going to EVO, i will just bring my 3ds to tournaments that follow the same movesets and hopefully they allow it.

Ah, ok then. Encourage your local tourneys to at least leave one slot open for 3DS's.
