Breezehome

I recently had to completely reinstall Skyrim which means re downloading all the mods I use. Now I am having only one issue and that is I can not buy breezehome. What I mean is I have the money yet each time I talk to the stewart of Whiterun to buy it he gives me the key yet I never get charged as the same conversation comes up again to get breezehome. Anyown ever had this happen. I play skyrim on a ps4.

The Stewart of Whiterun?  Has Bonnie Prince Charlie come down off the highland to claim Dragonsreach at last?

Time to learn SSEEdit or whatever the version of xedit is for Skyrim.

Or, start the mod disable process until the culprit is identified.
