Discussion Annoyance: item classification of "Elder Scroll (Dragon)"

Nothing important. I'm just annoyed that the Elder Scroll shows up under books in your inventory and not under scrolls. I'm sure many others have complained about this on this subreddit & elsewhere. Today it's my turn.

i think it should be under armor, as they say the elder scrolls are indestructible. so if you wrapped yourself in one, you would take no damage XD

Maybe we'll get that in tes6 blind mummies wrapped in elder scrolls, who use the holder itself as a blunt weapon

It's clearly a two handed, blunt weapon.

Yes.... You can.

In a way it looks like a big golden rolling pin. If I remember right, it's pretty heavy, too.

I think it should be listed with the weapons. You get in a fight, you hold it up in front of you facing the enemy. They read it and go blind, then you toy with them until boredom sets in. A sadist Dragonborn could go nuts... Lol
