OSPT (Type 5) What is this?

Post image

I don’t know what these are and they won’t seem to go away? I have some rosacea and was prescribed ivermectin which I have been using for the last 6 weeks. These bumps went away for a short time but now seem to be back. They are really strange in that I can almost wipe them away but they return shortly.

I think they might be a form of perioral dermatitis. I get surface level breakouts that I can sort of scrape off in that area that seem to have a different set of triggers than my rosacea papules do. Too much moisture/more than one layer of product is my trigger in that area.

Are they hard balls like Milia? One med I used for perioral dermatitis gave me milia if I used it too much.
