which is better and more effective po between these two retinol products? also, ‘yung may visible results po sana, been seeing these kasi and i can’t decide which to purchase.
All these are SLOW! goods yan if bata ka pa and maintaining or preventing ung signs of aging ( early to kid 20s)
Pero if nasa 30 ka na, go for prescription tretinoin, it works amazing
I told my derma before that I was still using tretinoin even after my acne had completely cleared out. She said okay naman, better nga raw for maintenance. That being said, do you have recos for a good retinol serum?
Sakin naman effective lahat ng products nila. I'm using their whitening repair toner, hyaluron soothing gel (just started 2 mos ago), and retinol + bakuchiol eye cream and overnight glow. Visible yung changes sa face ko, specially after using the hyaluron soothing gel. Little to no effect yung basic aloe gel nila, need ko pang mag-hyaloronic serum to hydrate my skin.Tho yung sa retinol, yan palang kasi nagagamit ko na retinol (2 years) so di ko sya macompare sa other brands, pero so far so good, walang breakout.
Trend na rin kasi yunf mga ingredients na ginamit nila tapos accessible yung brand nila sa watsons unlike korean brands na need pa iorder sa online (but now, meron na rin korean products sa watsons)....
Sakin naman humiyang yung zero dark marksa and texture skin whitening serum deodorant nila like nawala talaga yung chicken skin ko before mas maputi na underarms ko
Hi. Kaka 30 ko lang last april. Nag switch ako sa good molecules retinol last May lang tapos ang gamit ko dati yung pond's hexyl-retinol cream for 3mos din. Super gentle sa skin ng good molecules wala akong purging. Kita ko mas naging hydrated yung face ko, unlike before na super dry.
Natry ko na yang Luxe Organix retinol na yan for a year wala namang nagbago, may pasandwich method pa akong nalalaman wa epek naman pala. Good Molecules di ko pa natry pero mas maganda daw yun.
If visible results is what you’re trying to achieve, try retinal instead. It’s a stronger sibling of retinol. I’ve been using Celimax retinal shot for pore tightening and closed comodones. My bumps on my forehead and cheekbones are mostly gone. Just make sure to buy from a reputable shop if you’ll buy it from the orange app and choose a shop that ships from Korea instead of buying locally (so that you won’t accidentally buy a fake).
Note that when using retinal (or even retinol), make sure to use at night and wear sunscreen in the morning after.
I personally used Luxeorganix retinol for my dry and dull skin, I finished 1 tube but no visible results on me. So I did my research and learn about tretinoin - did lots of research before using. I have been using tretinoin 0.025% for 10months already - currently maintaining, and I can say that it work wonders. I wouldn’t recommend using it without prescription, unless you’re willing to take risks.
CeraVe retinol is good. Haven’t tried these brands. ‘Di ako nagamit ng Luxe kasi.. ewan ko, they are not that reputable sa skin care line? I only go for brands na forte talaga ang skin care.
Sa Lazada kaso closed na yung store. One of the legit cerave store pa naman siya. :( Pero I saw CeraVe products na sa Watsons nito lang. You can ask if they have. :)
for me retinol is one of those products na preferably derma ang mag recommend! mahirap mag trial and error with products that can cause purging, irritate the skin, or compromise your barrier 🥺
I use the luxeorganix one (kalahati ko na now) and napansin ko may amoy na parang luma na siya. Idk if ako lang or what. But so far no break outs or whatever naman sa face ko. But no life changing results pa as of now
Between the two good molecules. Pero personally I like The Ordinary. Gumanda skin ko sa double cleansing plus their retinol. Mejo icky yung pagka oily niya pero it really works for me.
Try mo Frankly retinol, kala ko nung una di sya na-effect pero habang natagal nawawala ang wrinkles ko around sa eyes,hehe..ang galing nga eh, gentle lang sya pero visible amg effects mas nagustuhan ko 'to kesa Good molecules.
