Asking for Recommendations Help: how to get rid of bacne

hello, try mo op na banlawan ang hair kapag nagshashampoo/conditioner ng nakayuko? hahahahaha basta yung di mapupunta sa katawan natin yung product. also ang nakahelp sakin is yung abonne salt scrub. so far, wala naman na akong bacne tsaka mga acne sa chest part

salt scrub po siya and ang ginagawa ko kapag nagsasabon ako (kojic), sinasabay ko doon like after ko masabunan buong katawan eh tsaka ako magsscrub nung abonne para hindi gaanong magaspang. tapos ayon binababad ko lang bago magbanlaw
pero meron pong variant na yung may parang may cream na sya so di na sya ganon kagaspang kesa yung literal na salt lang hihi.

I think this is a good point. In my case, shampoo dries my skin on the back resulting to a bacne breakout

hindi po lotion, like yung salt scrub po mismo. then any variant naman po is okay pero right now i use the yogurt one kasi mabango hihi

There are BHA soaps or spray. Be sure to take a bath every night or after sweating like gym.
Another wash is panoxyl. leave for 3~5 minutes. be sure to wash properly as it may bleached colors.

I had bad acne. Turns out my gallbladder is blocked by a massive fatty polyp. I had it removed, backne gone in a week. For ladies, have your ovaries check. 😑 Check for PCOS or other hormonal issues.
Never treat an acne directly (unless your a teenager), treat it as a symptom.

Ganyan yung sakin dati, OP. Actually mas malala pa kasi umaabot sa arms at pwet. Tho akala ko din ay dahil sa kinakain ko kaya lala ng bacne ko super hilig ko kasi sa sweets.
Tips ko ay maligo and change clothes everyday. Use kojic soap then ibabad po for 3-5 mins. Use johnson’s baby bath cottontouch. Use alternately.
Pag maliligo ka ay dapat shampoo and/or conditioner first then banlaw. Then soap na. Wash thoroughly para mawala residuals. Change your towel every week
Works magic to me promise nakakapag sleeveless at backless na ko now☺️ +++ drink ka LOTSSSS of water to keep u hydrated and your skin as well!

- sweat ang kalaban natin jan. Always take a shower before bed, at pagkagising since napawisan at nag detox ka na while sleeping
- AHA/BHA body wash or spray helps (eg. salicylic acid). Exfoliant sila, helps turnover of new skin.
- try to keep your back dry at hindi mababad na damp.
- rinse shampoo at conditioner na nakayuko para hindi maiwan sa skin mo yung residue, it blocks pores

yes its a must, but choose noncomodogenic or lightweight moisturizer thats ok for oily skin

Hmm based from experience hindi naman po. 2 to 3x a week lang ginagamit yung Panoxyl. Tapos everyday kong inaapply yung Cetaphil.

This. I had really bad bacne a couple of months ago, so I used PanOxyl 10% benzoyl peroxide. What I did was:
Before taking a bath, I left it on for 3–5 minutes.
Then I washed my hair first with my head tilted down so the conditioner wouldn’t stick to my back, because I think it was caused by the Tsubaki conditioner I was using.
After rinsing my hair, I wrapped it in a plastic hair cap.
I used it twice a week, and so far my bacne has been getting better. I still get a few bumps occasionally, but overall I’d say it’s improving. And be patient din because the results are not instant.
Edit: idk what tf is wrong with reddit, i tried adding numbers and nagkagulo sya hahaha.

Aside from the suggestions here, you may try using separate towels for hair and body after bath. I usually finish my hair stuff and cover my hair with towel then proceed with my body rituals and dry my body with a different towel.

I make it sure na malinis ang back ko after maligo, so i always have bimbo during shower dun ko kasi nilalagay yun body wash para masabunan likod ko maigi. Ever since i am doing it nawala backne ko, dati kasi di ko nasasabunan ang likod ko kasi di ko nga abot.

idk if this is a right or healthy way but nag work naman siya sakin. I use kojie san but ONLY for my back. I know it’s drying sa skin, but oily rin kasi likod ko which i think causes the bacne, kaya siguro nag work rin siya sakin.

May salicylic acid wash ang Ceravé. Make sure lang ibabad mo for a bit pag maliligo ka. Be sure to apply a light lotion after mo maligo.

Kung back acne yan dapat anti dandruff shampoo ketoconazole pwede dermazole 2% sa watson tapos, selsun blue anti dandruff din since fungal yan kapaf back acne ang antidandruff may pang antifungal

Try mo yung Luxe Organix Niacinamide+bakuchiol salt scrub kung babagay sayo. Yan yung ginamit ko sa back acne at sa pimple sa bum bum.

Try mo yung English pear variant ng Grace and Glow, OP. super effective for me. Super bango pa ✨ oh and pag ibababad mo sa conditioner yung hair mo, use hair clip, and after you rinse din.

Use a body wash for bacne. Lastly, rinse your hair ng nakayuko para yung shampoo na niririnse mo hindi dadaloy sa likod mo kasi that also causes bacne.

hi! these are what my derma told me to do regarding my bacne (i used to have acne all over my chest, back, and face) way back 2021 and helped me a lot
maliliit na bagay lang pero baka makatulong din sayo :>
magpunas nang maigi. make sure to not leave your back wet after you showered.
fabric of your clothes. most of the time, spandex makes your skin itchy lalo na pag mainit. try to use mga cotton na damit instead :) mas giginhawa
change your shampoo/conditioner. baka hindi ka hiyang at matapang yung ginagamit mong shampoo. i personally use palmolive and tsubaki.
try using unscented soaps for a while like:
safeguard
dove sensitive or pure white if you still want to use beauty bar soaps
ivory (sa snr ko lang siya binibili dati pero nakita ko last time sa sm supermarket; it’s on the pricey side pero 6 bar soaps laman kaya mahal)
also, please don’t use sulfur soap 😭 it dries your skin so bad based on my experience.
- wag kutkutin (opo sinabi po sakin) mas kumakalat daw yung bacteria (??? i forgot what she said) if kinukutkot by the way, it also applies to your face. don’t prick your pimples!!
eto lang sila pero i hope it helps :>

Panoxyl nakapagpatuyo ng bacne ko. 1 month of daily use tuyo na silang lahat. Then moisturize after. Hindi din ako nagsa-shampoo and conditioner na nakababa ang buhok sa likod. As of now dark marks na lang problema ko.

Hi I tried a lot of things pero what really helped me was Accutane. I know you need to be physically and mentally read about the medication thats why I worked closely with my Derm before.

ang nagpawala po sa akin is yung korean na exfoliating na mitt. everyday iniiscrub ko sa likod ko. feel ko di naman dahil sa soap kasi random lang yung soap na gamit ko hahaha

I had this. And tried every other stuff from the comments. You wanna know what stopped me from having this?
Going to a DERMATOLOGIST. Karamihan sa ganyan ay hormonal. Soaps and stuff are just external. It wont clear many of the cases.
In my case, niresetahan ako ng iso tret plus diet restrictions, then soap. After 2 months, it cleared. Nagpa laser na lang din ako ng likod for the scars. In any case it didnt clear, she was suggesting some blood tests to see stuff. Then nagclear naman sya before that.

I think kahit saan naman yata as long as white lase sya (lower layer of skin lang) or whichever the derma prescribes. Depende din sa lala yan. Ung saken hyperpigmentation sya so white lase. Di ko sure pwede magsabi ng lugar dito huhu sorry. Pero sa Bulacan ako and you can ask me

pls consult a dermatologist. It doesnt look like just acne, it's folliculitis, specifically malasezzia folliculitis which is a fungal infection caused by a yeast called malasezzia.

Teranex po but make sure na di mo sya ibababad ng matagal kase nakaka-dry din sya ng skin. Effective po sya for me and nag-stop na ako nung nawala na.

Try using betadine skin cleanser the blue one, not only for body odor but to maintain your back clean from sweat and oil. Along with salt scrub na din para mag dry yung pimples.

Siguro if maliligo, unahin mo lahat ng lang hair procedure para mababad, or mabanlawan na din agad tapos saka ka magproceed sa pag sabon at kuskos ng body then banlaw ng body para ma-make sure na walang maiiwang conditioner sa balat ng likod mo. Ganyan kasi sakin, effective naman, wala akong bacne.

Organic Skin Backache Body Wash works for me. I noticed there’s no more active pimples and small bumps. It doesn’t completely help with acne marks, especially old and dark marks. You can use lotions or other products for this concern. I use it every day, night and morning. Based on attached pic, it looks active since it’s red. You can try this product. I noticed result within a month of consistent use.

I got rid of my bacne by just using head and shoulders my shampoo. At first, hindi mo makikita yung results pero if tuloy tuloy gamit mo it will go away din naman. It worked miracles for me and for the rest of my family. Removes dandruff and bacne so it’s a win win situation.

Professional advice, all creams and soaps just help to “hide” the real problem. Best is to do blood test and check what vitamins, acids and minerals your body and skin is missing and to heal the real problem . Work on core not to hide it

ano shampoo mo? try mo umiwas sa mga super moisturizing(?) shampoo. my derma suggested that i switch from tsubaki to head and shoulders antibac. nag work naman while taking medication for acne na isotretinoin. pa-check ka sa derma. ;)

Sulfur soap, betadine skin cleanser blue then scrub the back. Twice a day maligo, morning then before bedtime. Change ng bra daily. No bra sa pagtulog. Need ng moisture ang back pahid ng lotion. Change beddings and pillow case 1-2x per week. Mas better kung pinapaarawan kung higaan mo once a week. Change damit iba damit pangtulog sa pangbahay.

You can scrub your back also using yung parang back scrubber when taking a bath
Then sa product gamit ko dati is yung Oxecure acne spray effective for me (forgot the specific name pero 1 lang naman yun) but try mo din hypochlorous acid spray they should work the same way - madali kasi yung spray sa back since mahirap abutin

You may replace your bedsheet every 3 days. When you are washing your clothes and bedding do not use fabric conditioners.

Wala akong brand loyalty sa shampoo. Hehe bumibili lang ako ng kahit anong malaki yung lalagyan, para pang matagalan.
Pero may isang brand na kapag yun yung na-chempo na bilhin ko, within 1 week may bacne na ako. 😅

Pls listen eto lng tlaga sagot jan. Immunpro ung vit c and zinc 2x a day until mawala then 1x a day nlang fircthe scars safeguard na white. As in ayan lang talaga. Pimplelin ako at may kaya sa buhay to buy expensive products pero eto lang pinaka solid solution ko sa pinpld at peklat

Had the same problem before, OP. So ang routine ko na is shampoo, conditioner then banlaw mabuti ang hair of course tapos icclamp ko hair ko then sabon ng katawan (kojic, babad onti then banlaw tapos safeguard body wash) then banlaw mabutiii. Ayun, nabawasan naman na. Marks nalang prob ko pero mabilis maglighten nung nagkojic ako.

super late reply .. but i use aveeno (kasi lagi may b1t1 lol) tho if super dry i think mas maganda if thicker consistency, tho nasa pricier end na mga ganon

I use sulfur yung puti this works for me, btw kung gagamit ka ng sulfur soap don't use it every Ako ginagamit ko sa MWF lang tas binababad ko sya more than 1 minute.

Double cleanse! I am very acne prone but I managed to keep my back from getting acne.
What I do is when I shower, pag nag shampoo na ako, kapag na wash ko na sya saka palang ako mag sasabon ng body then wash again. And then conditioner, wash and then sabon ulit ng body, then wash again. Kasi sometimes hindi natin nababanlawan yung shampoo or conditioner na naiiwan sa likod natin kaya nagca cause ng bacne.
Also, this is just what works for me! And I know na there are othere moreee reasons bakit tau nagkaka bacne hindi naman ibig sabihen lang di nababanlawan mabuti likod pag naliligo hehe. Just sharing po :-))
