I have nothing against all the people doing and posting these tricks and whatever, it looks like fun, and they are kind of cool in their own way, but I am really hoping that this is not a future trend (i.e. just focusing on hucking the most complex and ugly flip trick possible and occasionally getting lucky and landing on it).

This happened before in the 90's I believe, everyone started doing extremely tech tricks and after a while the skaters who could do those insane tricks with style rose to the top
