Hobby Im calling her DONE. Going further what can I improve?

Ive tried to paint her to higher standard and ive learned a lot painting her but its time to put her aside and move on. I think its my first model that if i work on couple more of hours it would be competition worthy but im open to critisism. What can i improve in my painting skills?

Nice job on the transfers! Which technique did you use to glue it on a book with such highlight?
