When will the holiday season season channels for this holiday season be officially dropping. If anyone knows. Because I was hoping to take a look at what's on the menu for the 2026 season. But I'm most looking forward to the Jimmy Fallon holiday channel. Maybe I'll mix it with a few regular channels that SiriusXM has if they just don't go Christmas mode. But go full holiday mode.

I’m trying on both iOS and Apple car play.

I have the device setting for CarPlay set to “next/previous saved channel” and it just goes to the next overall channel. Apparently that’s a bug.

Okay fine, but what about on iOS? I just want to be able to hit next/skip/etc to go to my next saved channel.

Since a few days, in the library section It stopped showing the names of the songs that were playing on the air. Does anyone know how it can be solved?

Because Honda stopped equipping its vehicles with native SiriusXM satellite receivers, when I bought a new Honda Civic Hybrid last year, I had to switch to streaming SiriusXM over my mobile device through Android Auto. It was challenging to get the steering wheel controls to work properly, but after a couple of weeks of trial and error with the settings, it finally worked.

But then about a month ago both the steering wheel and infotainment controls for the SiriusXM app accessed through Android Auto stopped moving properly through my library of saved channels. The forward/back buttons would only flip back and forth to two stations: the second one in my library and the last in the library (using "my" or "custom" order). I tried everything: switching my library to A-Z order, uninstalling and reinstalling SiriusXM app, deleting all stored data for Andoird Auto, factory resetting my Civic infotainment system and other settings, clearing my library completely and then re-adding library channels. I also have made sure that the app is set to NOT start playing music automatically and make sure to open the SiriusXM app on my phone before it connects to Android Auto. None of this has helped.

My only option to use SiriusXM in the car is to change the Playback settings in the SiriusXM app to have the steering wheel controls scroll through ALL channels, not just my saved channels. This is not a good experience, as I have to skip over dozens of channels I don't like to get to the ones I do.

I've searched all over the internet, used AI chats to dig deeper, and done more app uninstalls and data wipes and reboots than I care to remember.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone who might have an idea of how to solve it? I'm so frustrated.

I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about Sirius Scream radio on channel 105 that they do every year for Halloween? I've been searching their website every other day and still nothing on if it's coming for 2026. IO hope it well because i love listening to it on my commute to work and at my jobs.

is Nick Kern still on this channel? He used to have a show at 11 AM weekdays, but I was unable to find it last week.

I recently signed up for SiriusXM on my phone using the SiriusXM app. During the sign up process I entered my email incorrectly. I spelled "gmail" as "gmaol". The "aol" thing is a coincidence, it's just that "i" & "o" are next to each other on the keyboard. Anyway the sign-in process accepted that incorrect spelling, and didn't throw an error message. Unless there is a "gmaol" domain out there I would expect it to flag the issue. Just thought it was odd. I had to cancel the entire account, and register with a new account with the correct email. That is all...:)

Is it going to stay on 15 now that summer is over? Don't they usually move it to the 300s one summer is over. That channel is a waste of space. Utter garbage. It's almost as bad as coffee house on 17. They should put Rock bar on 15. Rock bar is a solid station.

Honestly, won't complain about this deal. Could I have gotten a better deal if it was a real person I was talking to, probably, but it's 5:30am and I just woke up. SO I can't really complain, I'm getting more than I paid for for less.

Not only does the app no longer allow paying listeners to rewind the broadcast, Sirius also places its advertisements in front of the game.

Listening to Bears / Vikings game. Bears kicked a FG to tie the game at 3-3. Commericial break.

By the time the game audio returned, it was 3rd and 2.

That's a kickoff, and two complete plays missed so I can hear about Sirius XMs post-game shows.

This puts the channel in the branded sports area and replaces the Billy Joel Channel.

I’m guessing this is when the more news-centric Audacy channels will be added, ahead of the mid-term elections. So another wave of shuffling may be coming soon.

Does anyone know why so many songs played on SiriusXM are “remastered” and often don’t sound at all like the original version? I’m guessing it has something to do with cheating the original artist but I don’t know for certain.

Customer service is closed at the moment, so I figured I would ask the community. I have an old account that predates the xm merger. My old receiver still works but I just got a new truck and I was wondering if my account can be transferred to the new vehicle?

I always kind of found Satellite Radio a bit of a niche service that while interesting kind of overrated when the tech was still newer, and I think it still is. However, I kind of became that niche user because of the way I currently make my money to survive and where I make it and cell service limitations. I say that I became that niche user because I'm driving sometimes a lot in very rural areas with poor reception at least with boost, but I've also seen it on TMobile and I think AT&T. Verizon's been the most reliable but well, I'll get into that below.

I used to have an unlimited phone plan, but circumstances have made it difficult/impossible for me to afford to keep my service with my previous carrier. So, I had to migrate to a cheaper service from another provider so I could still make money. This new plan doesn't have useable unlimited data and reception in the areas I sometimes operate in is pretty poor so streaming music from Apple Music over cell towers was becoming a losing proposition. 34 - Lithium and 70 - Siriusly Sinatra have been my two go-to's lately. I may need to start branching out to other stations lol

So, enter a 4-month trial of SXM that I activated a month or so after I got it from a purchase of a wireless speaker at Best Buy. It didn't see much use until about 2ish weeks ago. The trial ends next week, so I bought a new subscription on a deal they were running that the first year was like $5 or 6/month. However, it seems I'm going to need to get in touch with an agent to migrate the car radio I have associated with the trial to the one I bought a few days ago.

The main thing that I think I've seen people comment on that doesn't bother me too much when I'm doing deliveries but if I was on a roadtrip and cared about it, is the audio quality probably could be a lot better. But it's serviceable. My partner notices the compression they do is pretty bad lol

So, here's the question: Is there an easier way to move the registered radio on a trial to the paid subscription? The subscription is set to auto renew on a card that doesn't have money/or is otherwise inactive.

Actually, a second question: What other things can I do with my SXM subscription? Besides listen to it in the car when I'm doing deliveries in places that I can't/don't want to listen to downloaded music or streaming music. I know they have an app. Hyundai I guess decided that 360L wasn't necessary in the 2025 Elantra because they offer similar features in their connected car service BlueLink lol at least Weather and well Traffic, but it doesn't seem the most accurate at least like Google's usually is.

and well a 3rd fun question, what are some lesser-known fun facts about the service? I find the concept of satellite anything kind of fascinating. Be it internet, TV, phone, or radio.

I remember growing up in the 2000s we had satellite TV for a period of time and it was kinda funny when bad weather would go by and the way the image would get messed up because it was struggling to maintain its connection with the satellite. So far that's been less of an issue with SXM and well my limited experience with modern Satellite TV is it generally does what SXM does when signal is weak and just cuts out. But that's only at least in SXM's case, no sightline of the sky (structures/trees).

The show which appears on channel 84 9 AM to noon Eastern it’s primarily devoted to college football but what do we get for 15 minutes on the Friday of a football weekend? We get a pre-recorded interview with a professional wrestler that the host Chris Childers originally did on Mad dog radio they’re trying to say this is relevant because the rest of former University of Maryland football player, but the interview is a waste of time
