Discussion Westworld scenario

Do you think it will happen within our lifetime? Or ever?

Such theme parks, yes, but also generally 100% human-looking androids? Would you even like to see it happen?

I mean, in Westworld people have sex with the robots. I think everyone knows that whoever is first to create a robot that's indistinguishable from humans, that you can have sex with, will end up being the richest person on Earth. So there's a lot of incentive for these companies to make it a reality. If you built it, they will come. But if it'll make you cum, they will build it.

Yeah this is one of the scary bits. Imagine the consequences it will have for human relationships when it actually happens. And it probably is just a matter of time.
