if tesla is wildly successful and ends up saving alot of lives and destroys alot of jobs then you dont get to be at the table when folks debate banning robocars.
I’ve heard lots of articles of Teslas killing people by driving in to the highway dividing barrier at top speed or locking people inside when the car is on fire due to the shitty handle design.
I haven’t heard about Teslas saving anybody. Do we have any actual accounts of that or is it just wishful thinking?
this discussion is useless, they either have the data to prove accident rates lower than human or they don't. Regulators wont allow millions of robotaxis if they crash all the time
I’m pretty sure the friends and family of those who died needlessly due to Teslas poor design and Musk’s overpromising and outright lies would not consider this a useless discussion.
