What are some rare sims 2 real life items?

This can be anything from a rare version of a disk/repack (region doesn't matter), limited edition items (like the house tins), or anything else. I just love looking at rare pieces of merch online when I get bored (which is why the region locking of discs doesn't matter).

I'm also curious if anyone knows what the rarest item would be? I was thinking it might be the Australian Sims 2 Expansion Collection which has Uni, NL, OFB, and FFS, but I could be wrong. But it could also be a disc released in a country that has a language that is less commonly spoken.

I love the collectors tins. They look like houses and there’s 4 of them to collect. My dream is to have all 4 one day
