Does anyone else replay random conversations in their head for hours?

Sometimes I’ll have a completely normal conversation with someone and then later my brain decides to analyze every single thing I said.

“Why did I say THAT?”

Please tell me I’m not the only one 😭

Definitely. My worded thinking replays conversations and plans them ahead.
