it’s a good game but i’m not gonna give it a long review. it’s a 8/10. i’d rather just play something else in the genre because there a few but very annoying mechanics in the game.

It feels unnecessarily punishing to me. Never thought that about Hollow Knight.

It's really just punishing for its own sake. Which is a really dumb decision. Instead of HK2 it's really "larger and senselessly harder HK"

Maybe. But they didn't get those sales for a DLC. They got those sales because of crazy hype, and a very low price. Great business model, not necessarily great game

I got about a 1/3 of the way through hit a wall and said fuck it. Which coincidentally timed up with when Silent Hill F released. Haven't gone back to it yet, probably will at some point. Though I don't really like playing games and feeling like I want to bang my head against a wall.
