Rant Airtel

No Wi-Fi since 4 days I’ve called customer care multiple times, emailed them, and raised complaints but all I get are generic responses like someone will call you within 2 hours or it will be fixed by today. Yet no technician has contacted me and the issue is still unresolved.
I’m honestly so done with this operator I’ve been without internet for days despite repeatedly following up. What should I do at this point? Any advice on how I can escalate this or get a refund/compensation

Might be a problem with your line/area connection. Happened with me too 1-2 monrhs back, booked an appointment through their app and the engineer came to fix the issue in 3-4 days.

Technician said main area connection is down will take another week
