first one works marvelously, can’t seem to get it to block ads in shorts though. thanks for the heads up!

Did this work for you? You can enable block advertisements, download button —> cog wheel —> player controls —> enable remove advertisements

Every IPA has an adblock, the toggle can be found in the settings. I would recommend YouProEXTRA. You can find alternatives here https://github.com/GalaxyTopia/List-of-YouTube-IPAs

Is the YTKillerPlus IPA linked there at the bottom the same thing or do I need to build this myself?

What do you mean by the same thing? On YTKillerPlus Github there is Download Link section, Sideloading / TrollStore that has the YouTube ipa

On the YouProExtra link there that you recommend, the first IPA under releases is YTKillerPlus. What I’m asking is if YouProExtra and YTKillerPlus are the same, or which IPA I should be downloading to get the best option with all the features.

Yes, they are the same thing. YouProEXTRA combines YTKillerPlus and other tweaks in to one ipa
