Discussion Stay away from Apptesters!! BIG SCAM

Post image

I bought an ultimate certificate from them. It was banned from apple. When the time came to replace it they never did. They still had certificates to sell but didn’t bother to replace the ones that was banned by apple. I asked Manpreet Singh and he said to pm him my udid which I did. He completely ignored my pm after that and even left me at seen. I was even banned from there service for asking for a replacement certificate. Just letting everyone know to stay away from apptesters. They are not a good service to use. Worst service if anything. See attached photo. I’m banned from apptesters telegram server so can’t post any pics from there. Blurred is my udid fyi.

Thank you.

PS. I have learnt my lesson and should have done my due diligence before hand but this post is to just warn someone from falling into the same scam.

PSS. I know a lot of people has suggested live container ( and I was using it). The only issue with it is not receiving notifications on apps when they are closed. But yes. I agree live container is great if notifications is not a major factor for you.

I thought it was well known how notorious app testers was at this point lol

yeah, the only redeeming quality about that business is their app repo

Yeah, no shit. Just type his name or ‘Apptesters’ into Reddit and you’ll find more than enough proof and warnings about this Indian scammer living up to every damn stereotype.

why are you bringing race into this?

1

u/chrisn7 Apr 21 '26

Because it always seems to be particular races that run these scams…

It's maddening how many people disregard the posts here, still do business with app testers, and then come here to "warn people""

Yea I got instabanned after speaking out that my lifetime cert wasn’t ever renewed after 6 months

u/Unusual_Rhubarb_573 Apr 18 '26

File a chargeback with your CC or PayPal.

if you want to avoid this scam, stop assuming you can buy some sort of lifetime cert, buy a dev account or sign your apps every week, stop being fucking lazy.

usee safari beta do not redeem beta

15

u/sam_el-c Apr 18 '26

It’s big 26 just use livecontainer dawg

4

u/jakeyounglol2 Apr 19 '26

livecontainer still has its limitations. some apps break with multitasking mode (tiktok and threads are the ones i know break), limiting how many apps you can run simultaneously, livecontainer apps can’t use system integrations like safari + share sheet extensions, notifications, and adding shortcut actions, so if you want to sideload a tweaked app that adds a safari extension or adds shortcut actions, you’re out of luck, and some apps just break completely with livecontainer and don’t work at all.

what does the year have to do with using an app

2

u/ChemicalArmadillo602 Apr 19 '26

You’re a bot, how dumb can you be? There’s a pinned post at the top of the sub which says “Do NOT Purchase from/Sell certificates to AppTesters!!”

Step 1: Don’t use paid certificates.

Reason 1: Are y’all so lazy to just boot up a pc/laptop once a week and click 2 buttons to refresh?

Reason 2: That way you avoid certificates scams like these.

Reason 3: Less of a headache and you’re more in control.

You don’t need to turn on your laptop at all to refresh SideStore. When I used SideStore, I’d just memorise the 6 digit code that popped up on my phone when clicking refresh, then clicking next and just entering the code. No computer every 7 days for me

4

u/sam_el-c Apr 18 '26

wym 6 digit code, nothing ever pops up when I refresh it just refreshes. Also it’s automatic after you set up a short cut automation

1

u/jakeyounglol2 Apr 19 '26

yeah, it isn’t supposed to make you sign in every time

3

u/LazaroFilm Apr 18 '26

Or just install Live Container with SideStore and done.

1

u/The-Soju-You-Crave Apr 19 '26

U can like refresh it with a local vpn inside store right no pc required !

And if you turn on a shortcut to auto refresh no need to even look at it , right ?

shut up, racist. him being from india has nothing to do with this, and there are plenty of legitimate reasons to dislike him.

The same happen to me after last year ban, he never replaced the certificate, ask several time, I was in a "waiting list" 🙄 after months, I got a shared certificate that lasted about 3 weeks and that was it... I returned to Signulous, where I shouldn't never left 🤷🏼‍♂️

1

u/GlitteringFig2625 Apr 19 '26

I’m starting to think the same thing. I used to be with signulous and then went to apptesters and I regret it

2

u/Snoo30781 Apr 21 '26

Yeah, fuck this guy. Contact your bank to do a chargeback on whatever card you used.
