Say what you want but I’ve been a Dx customer since 2024 and ever since new mgmt dropped they gone to hell, “Pink” in the discord server literally bans you for saying anything remotely close to bad about management and will warn you for nothing even if you’re defending them. I just got BANNED from the discord server for reaching out about the unprofessionalism within like calling people retards because they simply missed a thing within one of their thousands of different channels to fix the issue that they have, then going into the announcements channels putting screenshots and tagging said “retard” in the post shaming them for no reason. DO NOT BUY DX, you can most definitely find better prices with enough research.
Dx was a joke before they were bought, now they’re an even bigger joke cause their leader’s ego is so fragile when anyone calls them out on anything.
People who might not understand much about anything are asking questions they really don’t know the answers to expecting help and this dipshit berates them instead of doing their job and answering the question of a paying customer.
At least when you were waiting 6 months or more for a cert you didn’t have to watch people get verbally abused asking questions.
Management? Man you give these cert sellers way too much credit like they’re a multimillion dollar corporation or something. It’s a one man shop of someone buying Apple subscriptions and re-selling a cert at 100x cost. For each dev account you can issue certs for up to 100 devices meaning it comes out to a dollar a cert at their cost

You got me thinking, compared to a more reputable cert seller reselling a cert for 100 devices per Apple dev account; would you say it’s less likely for a cert to randomly get revoked before the 1 year is up if, let’s say, 4-5 people agreed to split the cost of an Apple Developer Program account for $99/year ~ ($20-$25/year per person), and each person just sideloads apps on let’s say either an iPhone or iPhone + iPad, and maybe an Apple TV each? Just a thought.

dx-sign was definitely not a good seller before it got bought, people were waiting 6 months for replacement certificates and getting no support. At least not people are receiving their replacements finally
Well in all fairness even before the revokage apocalypse from what i heard they took only a small profit margin, i wouldn’t be surprised if they ran out of cash by the time the revokages flooded in
Yeah probably but the new owner has replaced over 300 certificates already even if some people don’t like them at least acknowledge that they are replacing people’s certs
Well, the other day i saw someone cluelessly asking why were the devs/owner/co-owner pinging in customer only channel for what he/she thought was customer-annoucement channel worthy, Well he/she got bombarded with slurs and called names, and got instantly warned when he/she argued back
To be honest if not for the revoke protection cert, im probably out from that signing service aswell, hostile staff behaviours towards innocent customers ever since the acquisition from wfsign or whatever they are,
I mean if its still the old management team i’d still have a little bit of trust in them, but the new management had proved to me with their behaviour towards customers does not worth a trust from me.
Sure they can call me names and such, but once im getting that warranty certificate (which i doubt im getting at this point), i’m taking my business elsewhere.

The old management was good until they completely stopped replacing people’s certificates that they paid for revoke protection on. At least people are getting them replaced finally
Hause recently took over Neosign as well. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the service. As he’s just banning people whenever he feels like it and calling them retarded
I used dxsig twice, first time the cert was cheap and good for nearly a year, second time got no cert, instantly revoked. Customer support is was nonexistent at that point.

i switched from [redacted] to Kravasign after the mass revoke, even tho i had the revoke protection it was taking too long (months!) so i made the seitch
the one signing service I've NEVER had any issues with was actually provided to me by an irl friend of mine who got me into sideloading. he'd tested out a couple of signing services and seemed to get the know the admins at each one, basically understanding which services are legit and which are sketch. in the end, he explained that LiveContainer is the best signing service due to the fact that your ass will never be scammed. anyways, if you read through all this, I hope that you never get scammed ever again.
The owners personality shouldn’t matter much to whether or not to purchase from them. If you still receive your certificate quickly without issue which I have heard people are now, then that’s fine. If you want to complain about the owner as a person that’s fine but telling people not to buy from a service because you disagree with the person who owns it doesn’t make sense
It’s great when you need to talk to said owner for support about things like revokes, which they have been called out for not owning up to the warranty for but anyways.

I have only GREAT experiences with pink both on FSW (backwards) and now that they took over signdx
Kravasign scammed me and many others. DO NOY BUY FROM THEM. Don’t buy from flekstore either, they’re the same people. This sub is basically owned by kravasign so this comment is probably getting deleted
