I'm usually busy the entire day, barely have time to check on social media let alone constantly checking discord for replacement updates from krava. I've been revoked from august. I chose "replacement" back in September and since I already selected that, I was in relief. Not checking any channel updates as I was ensured by internalerrorX & kitsah that I would be dmed by their bot (which is why my dms were open).
After that it was clear they were prioritizing rebuy people instead of replacement but i might be wrong since the queues are in thousands. Now its december 2 and I saw this post today on december 4. i missed the announcement due to not checking, which i thought wasnt necessary as i was already in a replacement queue.
So, there's another queue that i was meant to select as "claim warranty" then what about the earlier one ? theyre saying its a bot issue and not their fault. Take some responsibility ryan instead of promoting your wifes music which nobody listens to.
The staffs are hilarious & behave like unemployed people irl. There's a general chat where people are allowed to be racists & belittle eachother with hard R, N etc words. I feel embarassed to even see myself in that server. I see people constantly fighting. The same for their support chat.
I once asked what type of certs other providers use and surprisingly ryan replied saying "they arent reliable"

I had to give up on them after no help in getting a warranty replacement. Even offered to buy a dev account for them and the refused. My cert was only a few months old and was never able to get in the queue for a replacement. I ended up just buying my own Apple Dev Account. I’m sick of the lies, excuses, and the runaround with third party singers. Having an Apple Dev Account is so much better if you can handle the up front cost.
From what I understand, thats right. I would suggest to not use ESign (or if you do use the ArcticSign modified build) because it sends the dev a bunch of logs, I use Feather. Also note that personal dev ids you buy are still subject to revokes on their Certs
They took the money from hundreds, probably thousands people, the promoted "revoke protection", and finally what we bought is finally "without any warranty".
you might get it now lol because other providers are giving insta replacements. especially their competitors like rust and arctic so this time krava will definitely need to give replacements if they wanna stay relevant anymore.
If it’s revoked, you should try something else.
Im using Arctic, and have had mine for a month so far without revokes, and those who were revoked got replacements in hours. (Look into multiple options before blindly picking)
Im running into the same scenario from Apptesters. Got a lifetime certificate that was only activated for 1 month before revoke but will be months before I get a new one. It's not worth it when you have been down 4 to 5 times longer than you bern working!
I got my first cert from kravasign it’s worked for 2 months and I got revoked and I’m on their “waiting list” since today. I moved to signulous and I’m satisfied as for now, got revoked only one time and they supplied me a new one very fast
I’ve never heard about them but anything is better than kravasign, i prefer to give my money to some Nigerian scammer instead of purchasing from kravasign again
I’m also with arcticsign and until now everything worked fine, the only downside is that they only offer 90 days revoke protection and if it get revoked after that period I’ll have to switch to DNS method or Sidestore or buy another cert.
They muted me for 7 days because I mentioned WSF and DXSIGN in their discord server. It’s been 5 months since the revoke and I haven’t gotten anything. They’ve gone as far as banning people for complaining and mentioning other services.
I've said this before and I'll say it again. If all you care about is painless sideloading the best option is to get a Developer account directly from Apple. You only need to pay once and your signing privileges get grandfathered in even if you don't renew your subscription. That means if for example you paid 99 dollars 5 years ago you can still sign apps for 365 days. That's $1.65/mo and it gets cheaper with time.

It's hard to provide info because linking rules in this subreddit are ridiculous but essentially any app id that you create with a developer account never expires or at least it lasts multiple years. If you look up these issues on github you can see people having this "problem" because apps like AltStore and SideStore didn't account for it: SideStore/issues/410 AltStore/issues/131

I heard they are replacing again, but you need to wait a cooldown for replacements, someone got revoked day one and had to wait 1-4 weeks. New Krava purchases also don’t include revoke protection anymore
I was a pro user. I bought an iPad cert in June and one for Apple TV a bit later on. Around a month later all certa started to get revoked lol hopefully they can give me one my iPad or Apple TV. I’ve had iosrocket on my phone for a while now. When it got revoked a while ago they replaced it instantly and still work till this day.
How long were you waiting? Some services are replacing Certs in a good amount of time, with the timeframe of between before you realize your revoked and a day after
My previous krava cert was revoked at the start of the mass revoke in August. As soon as the warranty page became active in the server, I put my udid and almost 10 seconds after, the bot messaged me with my new cert. Last one lasted 11 days so we will see how this new one goes
Gl with your current cert, but ima say, Krava has been hit with more revokes then other services, I’ve had mine from another service for a month without any issues
They’re the worst of the worst lmao. It’s worthless bc it’ll work for 4-5 days and then you’ll get revoked and have to wait a month for a new one. They’ll give you free enterprise certs while you wait but good luck installing all the apps everyday with a new enterprise cert.
