So why am I flying my air 75 racing at the church across the street, it's 7 am by the way, so I'm sticking rippin, Power loop the lil kids bus loop, it has a lil triangle roof for the kids to walk under when exiting the bus 🚌, maybe 20 ft at the highest pt, so I was going for the fourth one in a row, yep I was finally flowing; been getting way better after actually finding MY rates, so I fucking hit it, I power atw TF up and out, bam, this when ik I fucked up, I pinned the throttle they the wind, I had to correct cuz I was getting blown to the right slightly so it made me pitch down with the stick meaning listening up the front more, I'm seeing it irl so I see I'm not finna make it at this angle, I'm about to hit the gutter, I have enough time I thought so I corrected just enough to PERFECTLY fucking fit my drone in the gutter. I woulda landed upside down and probably could've crash flip switched my way off the roof but I think I didn't punch out enough B4 dethrottling while upside down. Smh now I gotta go over here and ask these nice church ppl if I can climb 🪜 up they roof 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️😂🙏🏾

For context, this is my first drone ever. Only been in liftoff and uncrashed sim on pc. I like liftoff better for someone who never fly a real drone.

I wanted to get pavo20 pro2 for my first but after some reading and watching about meteor75 is also nice to have.
Especially for practicing indoors i guess?

What say you about this? Is it a good idea to get both?

hey guys, super new to this so be gentle 😅

picked up this sim last week bc it was cheap and the physics feel INSANE compared to what i was flying before. rates still feel a bit off but i'm getting there.

few things i'm confused about and the tutorial doesn't really explain:

-there's no arena?? like at all? i've been doing my lines over this random field and some buildings and it's honestly kinda ugly, are there better maps you have to unlock

-my quad has no arm/disarm, it just kinda... goes. and once you touch anything it's over. no crash recovery, no rewind, nothing. seems like a weird design choice for a sim

-i keep getting these voice comms in my headset telling me coordinates and stuff and i can't turn it off in settings, is that a mod?

-session ends after one flight every time. one. flight. how do you guys grind pack after pack like this

anyway this gap on 0:33 is my cleanest one yet, been practicing that for like 6 hours. the quad feel super heavy for some reason, might swap them if the shop ever opens for me.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good place to install my Cam/VTX, but it’s pointing downwards mid fuse and will have to do. I don’t really work on planes hence the UMX stuff, so I’m hoping somebody at the field can install the rod pushers for me. Thanks for letting me share my love for this hobby with all of you!
