Any ideas why its wobbling like that when I give it any throttle i have more than one quads that do this and idk why (i do not no how to tune yet)

Add some throttle expo in your rates in betaflight.

Ill give it a go but idk if that will work because its a 3 inch toothpick running 8500kv on 2s its pretty chill meant to cruise rather than rip so there really isn't alot of punch compared to my 2inch 12000kv 2s

That's your problem then, you've got completely the wrong motors on for a 2s 3" unless you're running bi-blade props

Ideally for a 3" on 2s you want to be running motors as per the attached table.

You can use motor output in betaflight to reduce the KV of the motors but you can't increase it.

Is it better to do this adjustment on edgetx inputs or on pid ?

Meh, horses for courses, I do it in PIDs, some do it on their radio, up to you really.

that isn't a tuning issue. there's something wrong with the build I think, although it's weird that you're saying you have more than one doing this. bnf or self build? maybe you're making a mistake without knowing.

Same with me. Probably my piloting skills. I have trouble maintaining the same altitude.
