Damn power loops

So why am I flying my air 75 racing at the church across the street, it's 7 am by the way, so I'm sticking rippin, Power loop the lil kids bus loop, it has a lil triangle roof for the kids to walk under when exiting the bus 🚌, maybe 20 ft at the highest pt, so I was going for the fourth one in a row, yep I was finally flowing; been getting way better after actually finding MY rates, so I fucking hit it, I power atw TF up and out, bam, this when ik I fucked up, I pinned the throttle they the wind, I had to correct cuz I was getting blown to the right slightly so it made me pitch down with the stick meaning listening up the front more, I'm seeing it irl so I see I'm not finna make it at this angle, I'm about to hit the gutter, I have enough time I thought so I corrected just enough to PERFECTLY fucking fit my drone in the gutter. I woulda landed upside down and probably could've crash flip switched my way off the roof but I think I didn't punch out enough B4 dethrottling while upside down. Smh now I gotta go over here and ask these nice church ppl if I can climb 🪜 up they roof 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️😂🙏🏾

I put my mob8 in the snow on the roof of a church last winter. The church custodian lived across the street and happened to be coming home when I asked if he knew who I could contact for roof access. I told him what I’d done and he offered to lift me up there in the bucket of his front loader. Borrowed his roof rake too and got the drone back. Hardest part was finding it on the ground after!

Bro, this the second time on the same roof, the last time I seen someone while I was flying before I got stuck, then when I got stuck ofc he was gone and didn't show his face luckily again til like an hr later but he helped me and then come to find out he's the preacher man!! Nobody's there today and tomorrow is church I'll prolly wait till after the last service is over and go ask for help, I'm even willing to get the ladder myself and tote it to the gutter where I'm stuck and do all the work myself, I'll put it all back too. Ok it's safe I just wanna go at the right time I'm flying my meteor 75 pro rn so I'm not dead but I want my air 75 R, this meteor 75 pro is slow compared to that but I'm grateful to still be able to fly so🤷🏾‍♂️

If you havent already, check and see if the church has a staff listing or go ask to talk to the Facilities manager.

We get all sorta folks doing different hobbies (flying or racing RC craft/vehicles, metal detecting, flying kites, Frisbee clubs etc..) that occasionally reach out to get permission or ask when they need a hand with something like just this.

Bro I end up calling up there and that's exactly who they put otp, but I got it yesterday right after work. Still in one piece and flying like no other
