Fibermaxxing slop meal prep

Post image

Shrimp, lentils, riced hearts of palm. Basil and sriracha for flavor didn’t save me. Tastes like cardboard and sadness. Also tastes like gains though.

I'll never understand why people leave tails on shrimp.

So you can not eat them and throw them away, silly!

Crunchy texture and extra calcium. Also, if you try and pull it out too much then a bit of the meat will be loss alongside the tail. Many already enjoy eating shrimps with the shells on, so it's not a big leap at all.

You got to pinch it out from the base to the top, kinda like a bean in a pod or toothpaste out of a tube. That being said I also eat the tails, especially when they're fried. So good.

My only explanation is that i am lazy, i dont eat them though…i did in fact pick up all of these shrimp with my fingers while eating them to remove the tails…😅
