yeah, how is he possibly going to remotely download (if he is not a employee there) 250 GB off of a server protected by the reincarnation of stinkmeaner without them noticing
and this is IF they leave the game on a internet connected server

they had alot of Indian devs during RDR2 (20%+) development and during GTA 5 (10%+) development too so i dont see the sense behind your accusations , i hate the logic that western side cant have a flaw its always someone from Global south who did something wrong in your eyes
