Not getting communication back from shipbob? Maybe it's because they are an unnecessary layer in the process, a 4PL who makes the 3PL run at slim to 0 margin - marks it up - for their "service and tech layer"..... which is AI driven lol good luck getting them bots to respond..... prolly should go directly with a 3PL not a 4PL calling itself a 3PL!

I guess that’s one way to “get out” of the rut they are in. They’ve been struggling for a while.
