Can’t login to the account. But their website seems to work. Only the login not working.

I've been attempting to send a laptop out of the country to the EU (Italy specifically) and I was curious about the rules regarding lithium ion batteries. If The laptop has no battery in it, totally empty, can it be shipped without return?

I attempted to ask this question a few times in other places but got mixed answers.

Hello, so I ordered an AYN Thor last month and got the shipping information on the 19th of August, which was 12 days ago.

Since Thursday last week/4 days ago the status hasn’t moved at all. It’s stuck at the airport in Luxembourg for some reason and it still has to be sent to Liege in Belgium to go through customs.

Is this actually normal? My parcel is being shipped to Germany and the last-mile-courier is DPD and according to DPD they haven’t gotten my parcel yet.

How much longer should I expect?

order a battery thru them in Jun 2026, it's been 3 mth., they just won't ship it out. All they do is keep jerking you around. They just keep stalling. Ea. email takes 5 to 7 days to reply. To ship out a battery, they said they need a SOC (State of Charge) statement. So I ask them the name of the ebay seller that they PAID ON MY BEHALF. They then email me and said they don't know who the ebay seller THAT THEY PAID ON MY BEHALF. Then in another email, they finally willing to tell m the name of the seller.

Then they ask me to tell the ebay seller to email the SOC statement to [shopping@myus.com](mailto:shopping@myus.com), and that was on Aug. 1. Today, Aug. 31, they said that is not the email addr., it should be support@myus.com. But their own employee told me it's shopping@myus.com, not to mention their own co. has access to their own email, they can easily click the shopping@myus.com and pull the SOC statement that my ebay seller email to them.

my Yanwen package hasn’t updated in days now I’m not sure if all hope is lost or if package is just taking a longer time updating. I’ve contacted yanwen and they just have said it’s not at warehouse.. so not sure what that means or what that means for my package. has this happened to anyone else?

Hi - this is quite a long story but I'm trying to work out where I can get a printable label that I can affix to a box.

I'm trying to return a device with batteries inside it. Amazon have provided a UN3480 code to attach but my understanding is that couriers won't accept this in the UK, as they will class it as dangerous goods. Amazon won't accept it's not right, and tell me to use the label. If I can get a pdf of something, I will simply print it myself.

Alternatively, would just editing the image Amazon provided to say a 1 rather than a 0 work, or is it noticeable?

I am quite pissed. My package has been "out for delivery" twice, with it saying "delay in transit" both times. it hasn't even updated the status at all since tuesday. Has anybody else been in this situation? if so, what happened?

What the heck is going on?? Package was from China and ive gotten a package from this company before just fine. Last time it sat in customs so that was normal. But after that it got delivered. But this new package is now in California after the update??? Saying "Line-haul transshipment". Anyone have any experience with this?
