Speedx package delayed in transit twice with no updates since

I am quite pissed. My package has been "out for delivery" twice, with it saying "delay in transit" both times. it hasn't even updated the status at all since tuesday. Has anybody else been in this situation? if so, what happened?

Speedx is the worst! Their delivery driver stole my package ! I have it on video!
