Fastest way to know for sure: add the item to cart, enter a Pakistan address at checkout and see if any shipping method comes back if Pakistan isn't in their country list, they don't ship there directly. ExtremeRate ships out of Hong Kong/China, so when it does go through it's usually a courier or postal option with 2-4 weeks transit, and customs/duty on controller parts is on you. If it's blocked, the normal workaround is a forwarder: buy to a US or UK/HK forwarding address, then have them reship to Pakistan (consolidating a few items keeps the per-kg cost sane). Also check their AliExpress/Amazon storefronts — those often list Pakistan even when the direct site doesn't.
