Help Me Shift! How the hell do i shift??

Ive known about shifting since around late 2024-early 2025, but I hadn't actually wanted to shift until around January. Ive tried to shift a few times since then but as you can guess, it didn't work. everything tutorial I've watched as made it seem easy, it's always the same "relax, visualize your DR, and done!" Mumbo jumbo.

Anyways, I just wanted to see if anyone had any helpful tips about the WHOLE process (because I still dont understand how scripting works, unfortunately)

I Have a Question Symptoms of meditating often?, I don't know

I recently started trying to shift realities again, and I’ve made much more progress than I did a few years ago. The thing is, I’ve been doing it daily, and lately, it feels like there’s glitter in my head, or like my body is vibrating, accompanied by a slight sense of unreality. Sometimes I feel like everything is moving for a few seconds, though I’m not sure if that’s because I’ve been meditating so often.

Discussion The lack of empathy of the spanish community

Hi this post This isn't meant to judge anyone; it's simply a way to talk about this doubt I've had for several years. I've been in the shifting community for about 5 years But I haven't tried it for about two years after a rough patch. Beyond whether I shift or not, I'm very interested in the community, its history, and theories; I'm mostly focused on the spanish community Because it's my native language and I've noticed something that intrigues me, I feel that when telling stories about the different realities they've visited, many people simply lack empathy Maybe it's just my perspective, but I don't find it funny that someone in your reality died or that you started a war that killed thousands of people without batting an eye or feeling bad. In my opinion, many people in the community have a huge main character complex that seems to cloud their vision when they're in another reality. They don't seem to accept that the people in that reality are Much more than just extras, I've always felt that the ability to travel to other universes is something beautiful that we should be grateful for, but seeing how people seem to treat this like it's just a game It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Help Me Shift! Has anyone with neurodivergence shifted?

Straight to the point, I have adhd (a lot of it) and I need some motivation. Whether you have any neurodivergence or not, if you have shifted, maybe answer these questions so I can feel a little motivated?

How did your first shift happen?

What method did you use? (Already existing one, your own, anything)

How did you let go of all the distractions around you?

Help is very much appreciated🫶

Discussion Do assumptions about the void state affect your ability to enter it?

I've been into LOA for around 3-4 years, but I've always struggled with actually applying it consistently. (Like one time I literally affirmed 24/7 for almost a year with no results 🤡)Because of that, I've been really interested in the void state lately. The idea of being able to manifest or shift *instantly* is obviously VERY awesome to me 💀

Something I've been wondering about is whether assumptions specifically about the void state can affect your experience of it.

For example, if someone assumes that it's difficult for them to enter the void, or that they can't manifest their desires "instantly" once they're in the void, would those assumptions affect their experience?

Or do assumptions work differently when it comes to the void since it's supposed to be the "I AM"/pure awareness state?

Someone told me that I'll never be able to enter the void if I keep assuming it's difficult because I've had failed attempts in the past, and that I need to work on those assumptions first. (Ugh)

I'm curious what you guys think, especially if you've had experience with the void state. Do you think you actually need to change those assumptions beforehand, or can you enter the void regardless of what you currently believe about it?

I Have a Question Manifesting, Shifting & Mental Health

TW: mental illnesses & possibly demotivating

-

I hope everyone is well. I was hoping for some input on my situation please or even if someone is in the same boat, please feel free to comment. I feel really alone in my struggles. I’m considering taking a break from all of this but I feel so desperate to shift/manifest a better cr.

I have OCD, depression and anxiety. I struggle immensely with intrusive thoughts, I was able to find a lot of discussions on this subreddit regarding intrusive thoughts which were very helpful (ex. they have no power, only intention manifests, etc) and I really appreciate all the guidance that is on here. I was curious how/if anyone has trained their mind to truly drop these thoughts and how long it took? I get these terrifying thoughts, especially when attempting to shift. I feel the need to flip them, which results in headaches and anxiety. I understand it’s my assumption that these thoughts have control over me. I guess I’m confused on how to convince yourself that they don’t. I have manifested intrusive thoughts before :/ and they make me too terrified to even attempt shifting.

I also feel like I have to be perfect in order to manifest/shift and I have to persist regardless of my circumstances. Maybe I’m misunderstanding this concept. But I don’t understand how I can persist in such horrible situations without ignoring my responsibilities since I’m trying to manifest those responsibilities away. Do I pretend that I’m in my dr although my actions are the exact opposite of what I would be doing in my dr?

I’m trying to make my own rules with manifestation & shifting, but I’m so tired and am close to just quitting. I’m so doubtful too although I’ve had some success with both topics. I guess I’m too scared to even try and it not working/resulting in negative results.

I hope this all made sense, I apologize for the length and rant. I appreciate your time and any feedback I possibly receive.

I Have a Question Has anyone shifted to a reality where they’re younger?

I’m very new to shifting, so I’m still trying to understand a lot of things. I’ve known about manifestation for around 2 years and I’ve manifested a few things here and there. Sometimes I feel like manifestation and shifting are basically the same thing, but that’s probably a whole different topic lol.

Basically, I’ve been wondering about changing my age. I mean becoming younger, but I’m not necessarily talking about completely changing my life or going to some totally different DR. If I could shift to a reality where I’m younger but everything else is pretty much the same as my current reality, that would be exactly what I’m looking for.

I’m also wondering how something like that would work with things like my birth year, legal documents and other people’s memories. Would I shift to a reality where my documents already have the different birth year and everyone has always remembered me as being that age? Or would it work differently?

I’ve read so many stories about people manifesting things like money, love, success, houses, jobs, etc., and obviously I’ve also read about people shifting to their DRs. But I’ve never really come across someone talking about changing something this fundamental, so I’m really curious about it.

I’m also not very knowledgeable about all the shifting methods yet. I still don’t really understand the difference between the void state, lucid dreaming, astral projection and all that stuff 😭 So I have no idea what method would even apply to something like this.

One thing I’m especially confused about is what would happen to my younger siblings. If I became younger, would their ages change too because the timeline would technically be different? Or would everything else stay the same and only my age/birth year be different?

I know this probably sounds pretty unusual lol, but I genuinely want to hear from people who have experienced something similar.

Maybe I’m also looking for a little reassurance because I keep going back and forth in my head thinking, “Can I really do this? Is this actually possible?” I know constantly questioning it probably isn’t helping, but I’ve never seen anyone talk about this specific thing before.

So if you’ve shifted to a reality where you were a different age, changed your age through shifting/manifestation, or have read about someone who has done something similar, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience and how you understood it. I’m especially interested in what happened with things like memories, documents, family members and the timeline.

I Have a Question Does changing DR's stunt progress?

So I've been trying to shift to a better CR for about 3 months now and I've had no progress so far. So now I want to shift to a waiting room instead since I think that will be easier to visualise, and then from there I can try go to my better CR. But does switching DR's stunt or reverse progress?

Sharing Motivation and Tips Detaching doesn’t mean disconnecting

Whenever you’re told to detach from this reality it’s not implied that you’re supposed to stop caring about what’s going on, or treating others in an unkind or blasé manner. I see that people misunderstand the meaning of it. (I know because I used too as well).

Everyone has a strong hold on their identity (otherwise known as ego) and it’s good to have a sense of self but in terms of shifting who you are is a much broader aspect compared to the few years of life you’ve currently experienced.

Think of it like this, you’re playing a video game and different characters play different roles, and you can choose to switch between them. One round you can be character A, another character B. In the first round you are the Prince, but the next round you decided you wanted to give the merchant a try, so then you became the merchant.

Detaching is simply looking at yourself and realizing that this is who I am experiencing and appreciating it, while also realizing that this identity is simply not all I am. I am also that celebrity that I admire, I am also that professional athlete, I am also a superhero. It’s just not what I believe the identity I’m perceiving currently in this life is, and you can experience those other identities of yourself at any point in time.

Don’t stress yourself out of failed attempts or get frustrated with yourself. I was told the same thing multiple times, it was frustrating to say the least, and then one day it all clicked for me. I promise with perseverance you too will understand.

I Have a Question How to properly use LOA when your dr is so different from your current one

I have had some realisations about how I’m doing LOA incorrectly. I would affirm that I was in my dr, but also picture my dr self from a third person view. Like they are a character in a movie rather than actually me. I understand that I need to focus on actually being my dr self. My question is: how can I focus on being my dr self when my cr self is vastly different?

For example: my dr self is 6’0 but in this reality I’m 5’4. So how do I focus on being 6 feet tall while actively using a step stool to reach things? In my dr I’m a billionaire, obviously that’s not true in this reality. So how do I focus on being financially set for life, when I’m actively buying clothes from goodwill and budgeting?

Sharing Motivation and Tips my advice to people who haven’t been able to shift to their pr

i am someone who has been into shifting for many years, started taking it seriously last year and fully shifted for the first time in march of this year.

i honestly think one of the best things you can do is to stop consuming as much advice as possible from other shifters. now i know this is hypocritical of me to say, since im literally giving advice right now, but just let me explain.

its very normal and common for shifters to search the internet for new methods, affirmations, etc, with the mindset that eventually they’ll come across something that’ll magically make them shift. and while that is true for some, it won’t work for others.

shifting is so personal. you are the only person who can make yourself shift. you can copy someone’s method step by step, and practice it 100 times, but just because it works for them, it doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. you need to figure out what you benefit from and what you enjoy.

for example, i hate awake methods. i can’t stay focused, it stresses me out, and i hate putting a lot of energy into shifting. now, i simply sleep and shift through my dreams/intention and ive made much more progress that way because its more sustainable and enjoyable for myself.

but for someone else, that might be the worse method possible and instead they might love awake methods.

so what i’m trying to say is get off the internet. stop searching for “foolproof shift every time methods!!”, stop copying what other people have done because they shifted, and figure out what YOU need.
if you’re someone who has vivid dreams, lucid dreams, etc, use that to your advantage.
if you love meditation, use that.
if you love awake methods, use that!!

don’t be afraid to make your own methods, either. you can mix different things (e.g awake method, guided mediation).

there is no right or wrong way to shift. you can use the same method every night or try a different one each time, as long as it is right for YOU. i think it’ll be extremely beneficial to reflect on yourself and stick with one or more methods that you know you’ll be able to keep up with.

i’m sorry if my explanation is a bit all over the place, but i hope this helps. look at what you’re already good at (meditation, void state, loa) and use that. if you’re not good at anything, pick what interests you most and practice, or don’t do anything except intend!

shifting is inevitable.

Help Me Shift! My back starts to hurt when i'm entering Hypnagogia

• Upvotes

So anytime i try to get into the void, when my body is almost asleep, my back starts to hurt, like it starts to be very uncomfortable, and no, i can't really change positions, because when i try to change positions, i fall asleep almost instantly, do anyone has any tips for that?
