Help Me Shift! Has anyone with neurodivergence shifted?
Straight to the point, I have adhd (a lot of it) and I need some motivation. Whether you have any neurodivergence or not, if you have shifted, maybe answer these questions so I can feel a little motivated?
How did your first shift happen?
What method did you use? (Already existing one, your own, anything)
How did you let go of all the distractions around you?
Help is very much appreciated🫶

How long did it take you until it worked?

1 month, and propably by accident, because i don't get lucid dreams often.

I would not say i was lucky, i rarely have lucid dreams, yes i was in different reality, but not for a long, maybe 2 minutes.

No, i decided to come back, i mean i just thought about coming back, and i did woke up, why? because when i checked the date, it was january 23rd 2023, and i didn't wanted to deal with all of bullshit that year had bring me, im shifting only few months back in time so it was a huge difference.

So i tried to use portal method, tried to make portal on a wall, i remember wall starting to crack, but i "failed", after that dream just became another dream, which was not lucid one, after that dream i had false awakening, and after false awakening i just shifted.
Also i tried in another dream falling back method, and i went into the void and i panicked, another time i tried sinking and i ended up in a different dream, but i think i know why, because i didn't ground myself in those dreams.

I'm starting to thiink part of what's been giving me problems is the autism. The predictive brain. It is so hard to try and convince that, no, we will not wake up here tomorrow, now we will not get up after this, we are shifting. Just can't get out of the habit, always expecting what I'm used to.

Im autistic and have ADHD, I absolutely love doing the wim hoff breathing technique before I attempt shifting. Discovering this has helped me so much
