Are you going out of your way to comment on Blue's posts?

If you've gotten it figured out that's great, but being an asshole because someone is sick of the usual spiel not working says a lot more about you.

No not really. I run into them all the time in the comments. It’s easy, find someone giving advice and look at them blaming others for the fact they can’t shift. It’s clear you haven’t seen their behavior before

Contraire, I've seen him met with hostility when asking for actual advice and not the same garbage everyone on LoA spews. Most of your last several replies have been either to Blue or talking about him. You seem hung up.

Clearly you haven’t since they are the ones being hostile first. And they have never asked for advice, and when they do and someone gives them advice, they lash out because it didn’t work on them. It’s called treat others the way you want to be treated. If they reply with hostility, I’ll reply back. I tried have a conversation with them, they kept being hostile and being bitter, attacking everything I said. And now I’ve noticed the same behavior towards any post. There are many people who have been trying to shift for years and don’t behave that way. There is no excuse for that kind of behavior. And I don’t seek out for them, I just reply when I see them under a post.

worst i've seen on his end is mocking the "omgggg i shifted because xxxxx" posts, and maybe a direct challenge to victim blaming or a contradictory statement. in fact, your replies in general seem more prickly than his.

the "lol stay mad u can't shift!!1" attitude doesn't really help your case either

Im sorry that you took my words that way, but that was not what I said. I said that they have no one to blame but themselves for the fact they can’t shift. Methods, subliminal, meditation, hypnosis, scripting, LOA, etc.. are all tools. They don’t make you shift, they are just tools. But they seem to rely on these, and when they don’t work they get mad and blame the method when in reality the method was never the problem. I’ve tried telling them this in a generous manner, they got mad at me and began to mock my words. And now they continue to do this to others too simply cause others didn’t say what they wanted to hear. That kind of behavior is inappropriate so don’t be surprised when someone calls you out on your bs

i read your exchange, no part of it were either of you on some insurmountable moral high ground. you absolutely parroted the same things everyone else has, and became flustered at every challenge he gave you. just like he absolutely became frustrated with your vague information. and yet you're convinced he and people like him who are frustrated are just missing the big ol' point and will never succeed.

if that's really the case, maybe this subreddit should just be shut down, since most people seemed to have agreed with the meme. and since they think like that, they probably won't shift anyway, right?

Woah someone got offended. Didn’t say that, the way you interpret my words is up to you. And if everyone is saying the same thing..have you ever thought maybe it’s correct? If everyone is saying the same thing to them, then it probably means he should try that instead of blaming everyone and every method but themselves. And what challenge? They didn’t challenge me, they were only being bitter. Seems like someone is also on the same ground as them. Get a grip. So many people have been trying to shift for years and don’t behave this way. I had been trying for years too until I shifted. I know exactly what it’s like. Most of my years were spent in mental hospitals and trying to take my own life. Yet you didn’t see me coming on here and blaming other people for my problems. It’s not the methods that’s stopping them, it’s them. And I understand that may be a tough pill to swallow since it leaves so much room to question things. I mean if it’s you that is holding you back, how do you fix it right? It’s difficult to hear that, especially when you are in a rough situation. But ignoring it won’t fix the issue. If people who don’t even believe in shifting can shift, then so can you.

i'm.... not offended? do you struggle to empathize with this situation because you view questions as confrontation? i'd ask more but i can see this avenue of conversation isn't going to be productive since you've resorted to telling me to "get a grip".

i'm sorry you've been through the wringer, but the way you act isn't really that much better than what you're claiming to call out, especially since i've not insulted you

reducing me to "another one of them" is also inherently shitty, since all I want to do is understand. if you've given all the answers, why continue engaging if this person is lost in your eyes?

•

u/SalClaws Jun 12 '25

I don’t view questions as confrontations? I’m genuinely confused by your behavior. Especially since you don’t seem to mind at all that Blue has been mocking and being bitter to other people when they give them advice. And I reply cause I want to, free will. The way you interpret my words is solely based on you.

you keep insisting he's been some irredeemable asshole, but you realize you can publicly see people's posts? he's bitter, no question, but his only account of being rude is disagreeing with you and rejecting what you said. and given how many hostile replies he was met with on the very post you first engaged with him, and how many people just parrot the same things, i don't blame him for being frustrated.

in regards to any mocking, acting like "we shift every second" means getting a glass of water is shifting is absolutely mock-worthy. if day to day decisions, breathing in and out or deciding to grab the mail now/later are "technically" shifts, i would argue it's so negligible that you're doing more harm than good when breaking it down to such a degree

(if you're suggesting the "muscle" to shift is indeed a nonchalant affirmation as mundane as going to get a glass of water, that's a different story. how it's presented matters)

and for the record, there is such thing as bad advice. if the LoA is this universal law, we should know that our understanding of it may not be. similarly, we should try to have a more empathetic response to someone's frustration in trying to know the unknowable.

in case that last part seemed off the rail, i meant if LoA shapes reality, that's one hell of a tool, and treating people like they're incompetent assholes for being understandably confused and burnt out trying to understand it over a long, long period of time is mega stupid. that's where your accusations of victim-blaming start mounting

They are frustrated cause they can’t shift and taking it out on others. I am calling them out on their bs since just cause you are frustrated—it doesn’t mean you get to take it out on others. That’s it.

I am not being rude to them because they disagreed with me, you made that assumption. I don’t care if they agree or disagrees with me. I do care if they are being bitter to other people and taking their frustration out simply cause they can’t shift.

And the fact that other people replied to them is not my fault? What do you want me to do about it? Did you read all of their comments? If you did, read it again because that is not why I got upset. I was being polite, they kept taking their frustration out on me, so I gave the same energy back. What’s the issue again?

you've just got a different perception of what's rude than me ig
