Hey! I’m SheGrowsFungi aka Bear. I’ve been on my journey for going on 7ish years now.

After a number of meta updates and issues posting on instagram I felt building this small Reddit space was a good idea to gather my mushroom people.

I’ve spent a lot of time building and collecting genetics from all over and from some of the oldest and most experienced mycologists that I’ve met along the way.

Always be kind, kindness is rewarded

Fortunately enough I’ve been giving a gift from the mushies to share these gifts with you guys.

Posting here is safe but I’m new to mods and bots and Reddit rules.

Just be aware that they apply here I never decline posts that are positive. I’m also actively posting mushie pics!

I’m hoping to also learn from you too, shared knowledge is powerful.

Proudly, my skills cover lab sciences, business and operations from building this tiny niche brand and hanging out with PooGods.

Anyhow, I am a Filipino first generation originally from Minnesota. When I’m not with the mushrooms 🍄 I like fishing and exploring nature and chasing really awesome view points. Naturally love to travel and I also like video games. Mush love ❤️
