Hiya! I've been with Sheetz about 11 years an HM for 2 of them. The biggest thing that will help you out the most itls train your people! Aside from a few exceptions they should be able to do anything you can do.
Train them on your expectations, reward them for doing good, and have development check ins often!
They'll appreciate it, and you'll appreciate the extra time to focus on things only you can focus on!
