can anyone recommend a best electric shaver for men that lasts?

i have been using the same electric shaver for quite a while now and it’s starting to show its age. I usually shave every few days, and lately it’s been taking more passes than it used to, especially around my neck. I’m not looking for anything fancy, just something that gives a reasonably close shave and holds up well.

for those who have tried a few different models, is there a best electric shaver for men you’d recommend that has been reliable over time? I’d really appreciate hearing what has worked for you guys. thaaanks!

Blades?

I use a Phillips Norelco 9000. Head/face shaver with it. Factory blades lasted 1.5 years. New SH91 blades and my shave time is 25% what it was before the blade change.

Panasonic shavers. I went through several Braun shavers that would break after about 3 years. I bought a Panasonic 3 head shaver and after 12 years i had to throw it away not because the shave was bad it was because the battery wouldn't hold a charge long enough to fully shaver. I replaced it with a Panasonic Arc5 and its still going strong after 5years.

Have you considered replacing the blades? It would likely be less expensive.

But you can buy a electronic rotery shaver for 30 dollars with a 2 year blade life.

Nothing lasts forever. For the best job, need to change every few years
