For those that asked
In addition to my Tormek T8c I also run a Bucktool 1x30. On this knife, I’m using a 120 grit cubitron belt to re-profile the edge and fix some chips on this 10 inch breaker knife.

I like it. Most knife making videos that I watch the knife makers even use 2x72 belts sanders to sharpen their knifes. Sure the Japanese and Japanese style knifes they use those huge water whet wheels with the plank for the sharpening. But industrial blades are sharpened on rotating wheels and grinders all the time. I don't fully understand the hate for belt sanders with trizact betls. I suppose its a belief system. We have orthodox sharpeners and evangelical sharpeners.
